Meet Katie
Katie Cheesman is a champion of elder generations and is passionate about documenting and learning from their life stories. A graduate of the BYU nursing program, Katie focused on the geriatric nursing field, work that became the inspiration for her video documentation business, The Listening Ear Project. Over just a few years, Katie filmed videos of hundreds of people who each became beloved friends. In honor of the advice so many of her senior friends gave her, Katie recently stepped back from the business side of her company to spend more time with her husband and their two children.
