Public and motivational speakers, they work with local leaders and parents in finding ways to make schools and communities safer for every child. Over the past 20 years they have been youth advocates in a variety of platforms including education, empowerment, safety, leadership, career development, and self-esteem. Alexis has a degree from Brigham Young University in Sociology and has helped develop diversity and inclusion curriculum for schools. An entrepreneur at heart, she and her husband, Brandon, are the parents of four children. Chanté is on the dance faculty at Brigham Young University and has created programs and presented at national conferences on the value of movement and dance as a form of therapeutic healing. She and her husband, John, are the parents of three boys.
