Darla is the host of the Spiritually Minded Women podcast where her goal is to help women followers of Christ embrace their personal and unique journey on the covenant path. She and her husband, Tim, have been married for 23 years, and they have four children between the ages of 21 and 13. Darla’s current stage of motherhood involves watching her children leave home, loving teenagers, and being her kids’ biggest cheerleader. A fitness lover, she has been the family push-up champ until recently, when her 16-year-old son dethroned her.
